Half Day Zip Line & Cave Tubing Adventure

Duration: Approx. 5 hours 

Time:  8:00 a.m sharp

Place: Pick up guest/s at Fort Street Tourism Village

Pick up may be available from your hotel, along the George Price Highway, Belize City airstrip or water taxi.

As your zip line and cave tubing adventure begins, your friendly Tour Guide will meet you at the Fort Street Tourism Village in Belize City.  He will then make his way through Belize City while giving guests some brief history about Belize and the various historical landmarks along the way. He will then proceed on the George Price Highway toward Jaguar Paw also called Caves Branch Outpost or Nohoch Che’en.

Along the highway guests will be able to see some small communities, villages, flora and fauna as well as some wetlands.  You will arrive at Jaguar Paw where you will enjoy both the rainforest and the Underworld of the Mayas as you hike for about 30 minutes before jumping into your tube. Your guide will point out different medicinal plants and their benefits that were once used by the Mayas and locals today. After your hike, you will then sit in an inner tube and immerse yourself in the refreshing cold river water that will carry you through the cave system. Your guide will do all the work for you while he entertains and guide you through the cave system.

Zip

When your finished cave tubing you will proceed toward one of the coolest zip lines in Belize where you will glide through the canopies of the rainforest. You’ll be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of each zip line before venturing off to enjoy a delicious Belizean lunch.

After your zip line and cave tubing adventure, you will then make your way back on the George Price Highway towards Belize City where your guide will drop you off at your starting point.

Notes:

• Children must be 40″ or taller to be able to cave tube.
• Smaller children will zip line along with a guide.
• This tour is available to cruise ship passengers and overnight guests.
